About this work

A properly installed roof protects the house and everything in it. We do complete roofing for homes and commercial properties: new construction, full roof replacements, repairs, maintenance and inspections, with the focus on proper installation and long-term performance.

A poorly maintained or badly installed roof leaks, and a leak becomes damaged drywall, mold, rotted sheathing and structural trouble. Depending on the age and condition of yours, a timely repair can head that off. If it is past repair, we will tell you straight.

We do this work in Newton, Wellesley, Needham, Brookline, Weston, Wayland, Natick, Dedham and the towns around Boston, out of our office in Taunton. Full service area.

Repair or replace?

It depends on the age of the roof and how widespread the damage is. We inspect it, show you what we found, and tell you whether a repair will hold or whether you would be paying to patch a roof that needs replacing.

Do you do flat roofs?

Yes: EPDM rubber and other flat-roof systems for low-slope roofs on homes, multi-family and commercial buildings.

Do you install skylights?

Yes, new skylights and replacements, flashed in so they stay watertight.
